In societies founded on fragmentation, reconnection is a revolutionary act. When we grow our ability to cultivate wholeness and reciprocal relationships with other humans and the more-than-human world, unforeseen cultural healing takes place.
CHANGE ACROSS SCALES
We aim to shift culture fractally. Recognizing that regenerative solutions start with the individual and one-on-one relationships, we cultivate personal capacities for change while pursuing design interventions in larger systems, working in coalition with allies and network partners.
SOLIDARITY
Accountability to the impacts of colonization, white supremacy, and patriarchy begins with acknowledging our relationships to these systems. We work to dismantle oppression across scales while resourcing efforts led by frontline communities to create new societies defined by collective liberation.
EMBRACING EDGE
We believe the greatest potential for change occurs at the ever-shifting edge between the ideal and the possible. We aspire to nimbly navigate that edge, continually re-evaluating social contexts as they shift and evolving our own practices in response.

WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU
For a 4-month period devote space to yourself–to become a leader in transformation instead of a leader in transition–where you:
- Receive exquisite attention and resourcing in your one-on-one Regenerative Leadership Coaching sessions
- Practice Regenerative Leadership at your own pace with exercises and videos curated for you after each one-on-one session*
- Connect monthly in Regenerative Professional Development Workshops with other Leaders in Transformation, expand your collegial network of mutual support, and learn Living Systems Frameworks together
*The time commitment is approximately one to two hours spent on your own completing the educational materials curated for you between each Coaching session
OUR AGREEMENTS
- Coaching sessions must be complete within the 4 month program window and do not roll over.
- You are responsible to book your sessions—every two weeks—using our scheduling link. You can book several or all of your sessions well in advance.
- Monthly online live Regenerative Professional Development Workshops are available to you to attend or receive recordings for duration of the 4 months. They meet on the last Friday of each month, from 1-2:30p EDT.
PROGRAM COST
- The Regenerative Leadership Coaching Program costs $4,800. That includes eight one-on-one sessions with your coach across four months, plus live monthly workshops AND content customized for you inbetween coaching sessions to learn at your own pace.
- If paying all at once is a stretch, we offer a 6 month payment plan at 0% interest: $800/month for 6 months.
- Register during our Early Bird window, until December 11, 2026 for a 20% discount, and it’s $640 a month. Sign Up for Our Newsletter to keep up to date.
- Our services are eligible for most professional development fund use if you are a W9 employee.
- Coaching Program costs are 100% tax-deductible as a business expense on your Schedule-C if you are self-employed.

Her 20+ years of experience in institutional changemaking, ecological design, and holistic health translates into compassionate and incisive coaching where her clients transform cycles of burnout into a series of breakthroughs.
Abrah (she/her) is a breathworker at Temple of Change, co-founder of Regenerate Change, faculty at UMass Amherst and Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, and the author of Regenerative Design for Changemakers. She holds a Masters in Sustainable Design and Planning, and resides in occupied Pocumtuck Territory, known as Western Massachusetts, with her fierce kiddo and loving partner. ADAM BROCK
Adam supports executives in amplifying their impact through aligning their activities with the wisdom of nature and their own ancestors. Using a series of powerful ecological frameworks honed over the past two decades, Adam holds space for leaders to cultivate their visionary powers, clarify their core challenges, explore potential solutions, and settle on specific, actionable next steps. As an executive coach, Adam draws on his deep understanding of ecosystem dynamics, his genetic and movement lineages, and 20 years of social entrepreneurship experience to bring out the genius in his clients.
Adam was the co-founder of The GrowHaus in Denver, has co-chaired Denver’s Sustainable Food Policy Council, spoke at TEDxMileHigh, and was named one of “Colorado’s Top Thinkers” by the Denver Post. He is the author of Change Here Now: Permaculture Solutions for Personal and Community Transformation.
