Holding Space for Transformative Experiences

November 14th-17th, 2024

La Foret Conference and Retreat Center, Colorado Springs, CO

Are you frustrated with the poor quality of facilitation in groups you’re a part of?

Do you dream of leading powerful group experiences, but feel too intimidated to get started?

Have you been muddling through your facilitation and want the tools to take it to the next level?

Join Regenerate Change for the Living Facilitation Retreat and leave with a whole new approach to group leadership.

ABOUT LIVING FACILITATION

From educational workshops to work meetings, most changemakers participate in facilitated groups on a regular basis. Yet leading these groups can seem so mysterious. How do I fit everything into the schedule? What’s the best way to keep people engaged? How do I handle difficult personalities?

Claiming the role of “confident facilitator” may sound like a distant dream. But in our work at Regenerate Change, we’ve witnessed changemakers of all kinds blossom as facilitators with the thoughtful application of regenerative design and the right community of support.

That’s why we’re offering Living Facilitation, an in-depth training that will give you the confidence, tools and community of practice you need to take your facilitation practice to new heights.

Through a series of short online exercises and a three-day retreat in scenic rural Colorado, experienced facilitators Adam Brock and Asia Dorsey will give you the practical skills and intangible insights to plan and lead transformative groups of all sizes and purposes.
