Working with Disturbance
Working With Disturbance explores how insights from ecology can help changemakers respond creatively to moments of shock, loss, and instability. Drawing on the science of how ecosystems adapt to fires, floods and other shocks, the guide helps changemakers reframe disruption as a generative force that can unlock new strategies, alliances, and sources of power. This resource offers seven practical lenses for designing work that is adaptive, anti-fragile, and grounded in the realities of sudden social, political, and environmental change.
