Regenerative Life Design Cohort – Fall 2023

In our age of climate chaos, political polarization, and social isolation, it can seem downright impossible to have a career that makes a positive difference… especially if we’re also trying to pay the bills and leave enough time for friends, family and fun! Yet through the thoughtful application of regenerative design practices, we’ve supported dozens of changemakers in achieving exactly that through our one-on-one resourcing practice.

Today, we’re thrilled to take that work to another level with the launch of our first Regenerative Life Design Cohort: a unique opportunity to design our changemaking efforts in an intimate small-group context. The cohort will center around a series of eight in-person two-hour sessions, held every other week in the Denver area from late September to early January. During these sessions, we’ll work together to set intentions for the next chapter in our respective changemaking journeys, and work through a series of frameworks and exercises drawn from Adam and Abrah’s writing that will build our capacities for achieving those intentions. Activities will include a mix of solo worksheets, somatic exercises, visualizations, ancestor work, one-on-one dialogues, ritual, and full group conversations.

In addition to the group sessions, participation in the cohort includes a one-on-one resourcing session with Adam at a time of your choosing during the cohort.
